We would be pleased to discuss your matter with you. During our preliminary discussions, we will establish what help we can provide to you, what steps we will take on your behalf, and how long we think your matter will take to resolve. Generally we offer an hourly rate for our services. Our lawyers keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in six minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs (dockets) will be disclosed to all clients at regular intervals and upon the closing of your matter. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Generally, retainers must be paid upfront.
