The Ontario Superior Court of Justice issues Fresh as Amended Statement of Claim

March 11, 2021: On March 10, 2021, we brought a motion to the court to amend our statement of claim. Justice Belobaba has ordered the amendment of our statement of claim. Today, March 11, 2021, the court accepted the amended claim. It is now filed with the court. The claim is available on request.
