Gardiner Miller Arnold LLP and Weinman, Arnold LLP have filed a personal lawsuit against Iran and others, on behalf of individual families of the passengers of Ukrainian airline Flight Number PS752. This is not a class action lawsuit.
On January 8, 2020 the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) military forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRCG) shot down the plane in an act of terrorism. All aboard were killed.
The legal claim is filed in Toronto, Canada against the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI), the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the Iranian Armed Forces, Ali Khamenei also known as Supreme Leader of Iran, and other officials of the IRI and IRGC.
All family members of the passengers of PS752 are encouraged to contact us with any questions, or to register their interest in this legal claim.
