News update regarding upcoming court attendance

We have scheduled an attendance before Justice Glustein which has been rescheduled for May 12, 2020. During this conference, we will discuss several issues including the intended steps to move this matter forward, service of the claim on the defendants and certification of the class of plaintiffs.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the courts in Ontario are mostly closed to in-person attendance. We intend to attend on this appearance in May via eletronic conference.
