News Update May 2020

On May 12, 2020, Mark Arnold and Jonah Arnold attended before Justice Glustein as scheduled, for a case conference. We sought direction and discussed several matters including steps taken to serve the defendants with the claim, validation of service, certification of the claim, and finally other class action claims filed with the courts.

We have scheduled another case conference before Justice Glustein for May 25, 2020. Counsel for another class-action claim and our law firms will be attending on this motion. We anticipate discussing the differences between our respective claims, how families’ interests must be protected, and what steps will be taken.

We will update this website as new information is learned and the next steps are taken.
