Court Schedules Next Steps in the Litigation

January 25, 2021, Toronto: Today the court ordered the next steps in the litigation, a motion for default judgment on liability. The court will hear the motion in early March 2021. 

Families are encouraged to contact us before March 1, 2021, if they wish to join our lawsuit as we pursue justice for the families of the victims of this tragedy. We will protect families’ identities.

This lawsuit is against Iran and its agents only. This lawsuit is not against Ukraine Airlines. You may claim separately against Ukraine Airlines and join our lawsuit against Iran.
