Court Schedules Next Steps in the Litigation

February 2, 2021, Toronto: Today the court issued its endorsement and directions for the next steps in the litigation, a motion for default judgment on liability. The court will hear the motion in early March 2021. 

Families are encouraged to contact us before March 1, 2021 if they wish to join our lawsuit as we pursue justice for the families of the victims of this tragedy. We will protect families’ identities.
