SUPERIOR COURT CLAIM TO BE SERVED

TORONTO, February 4, 2020

Today a representative from Global Affairs Canada confirmed receipt of our Class Action lawsuit against Iran and others. Further, they confirm the Canadian government is determining the best way to serve Iran with claim. This is an important steps we are pleased to report is in progress.
