Iran’s CAO.IRI Releases “Factual Report” of the PS752 Investigation

Iran’s report states the “accident” was caused by human error and negligence

July 11, 2020. Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran released its “Factual Report” into the “PS752 Accident Investigation” in both Farsi and English translation. This report is admittedly interim, with a final report apparently to be released once the investigation concludes.
